Wishing good luck to those in the path of Irma. My Texas just went through Harvey's devastation. Florida is looking to go through equally as bad with Irma. My heart goes out to all in Irma's path.....

~*What I don't miss about Dallas? The heat! I love Dallas but the heat is no good. I remember moving from Vegas to Dallas and I felt like Dallas was nice and cool compared to Vegas!

For Texas this has been a good summer. Lots of rain. I have not watered once (usually only the foundation). Still looking forward to late fall and winter.

Watching CNN and Hurricane Maria's winds are at 175...more than Irma ever was...and going straight for Puerto Rico. No such thing right now but Cat 6's may be in the future.
