~*So, I wanna hear your reviews on the movies you have been to see!
We went to see Thor: Ragnarok on Monday and I really liked it. They finally took advantage of Chris Hemsworth good comedy instincts. He was very funny. Everyone seemed to have had a blast filming it!

~* We went to see Murder on the Orient Express and though I really liked it Maxx was not very impressed. I have also been watching tons and tons of Hallmark Christmas movies!!!

Saw The Greatest Showman on Christmas afternoon. It was really good and Hugh Jackman is a fantastic song and dance man.

~*Last week we went to see "The Last Jedi" and though I did like it for me it was not as good as "The Force Awakens". There seemed to be something missing...maybe it was lacking some heart for me.

I saw The Last Jedi too. I liked it. I thought the Kylo Ren, Rey and Luke stories were strong  |

~*My issue with Kylo is that he is such a brat! He ever really thinks things through, he just throws temper tantrums. After Maxx and I had an in depth conversation about the movie on the ride home from Hammond last weekend I think I like the movie a little more than I did right after we saw it!

Saw Tomb Raider
It was OK
Not nearly enough action, too much down time
The end sort of felt like the end of Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade

I recently watched "Annihilation". I read the book beforehand but wasn't wowed by it. But I like Natalie Portman and so, I was optimistic. Hmmm, not sure if I loved the movie or despised it. The last half hour was ..... odd.

I just saw Ant Man and the Wasp and thought it was super great. Maybe my favourite of the Marvel movies. Very fun and entertaining! |

~*We went to two movies this. We saw "The Meg" on Tuesday and it was super fun and we saw "Crazy, Rich Asians" today and it was a really good film! I have also been watching a lot of old films that I recorded from TCM. SOme have been good and some not so much! lol!
