Bros Before Ho(H)s
Greetings My Loyal Minions, Maxx Fisher Here
Big Brother has a long and stories history of dudes falling in love with each other in a platonic way going back to Chilltown in season 2. I'm sure there was a bromance in season 1, but I really try my best not to remember that year, it was not what I would call good. But this season there are 2 Dudes that are more devoted to each other than any other season of Big Brother prior. I am speaking of Brett and Winston. They have a bond like I've never seen before. It's like they were secretly raised together from birth. I would bet that by now they are finishing each others'...sandwiches. What helped them bond more than anything else they have in common is that they are both idiots. And as stupid as they are, together they are almost dumber than they are separately, but more on that later.
Scottie is the new HOH because Rachel thought that a very quick Veto competition was almost three and a half hours long an she's not too happy about that. You know who else is upset? The former members of FOUTE. Haleigh knows that Scotties is the one that flipped and she also knows that he is going to try to pin the missing vote for Chris on her. Angie is in complete agreement about him, she thinks he might be an evil genius, and he might not even really be a virgin. I would bet anything that he is a virgin. Faysal isn't so sure that Scottie flipped, in fact he thinks it's impossible because Scottie was wearing one of Chris's shirts. That is stupid, almost as stupid as the revolving conversation he had with Kaitlyn about this. It was mind numbing.
Scottie as HOH is planning to target the Bros. That is his plan, that is what he was going to do no matter what. No matter what the show tried to tell you, no one was swaying him otherwise, that I believe was the Diary Room asking Scottie to show that he's thinking about it. He keeps telling everyone that he is going to talk to everyone, ask them who the biggest threat is and what happened with the Steve vote. Just about everyone is truthful. Kaitlyn of course lied. Turns out so did Winston. He told Scottie that he voted to keep Steve. There is only one problem with that, Sam. She told Scottie that she voted out Chris because Winston voted for her when she was up against Steve so she was returning the favor.
This is not Sam's fault. No one ever told her that Winston had said otherwise. Winston tries to do damage control with Scottie by telling him that he lied to Sam in order to be safe in case she won HOH. Scottie trusts Winston even less since he is telling him I'm not lying to you because I lied to someone else. Brett then tries to one up his Bro's damage control and tells Scottie that it was all Haleigh and Angie, which he knows is not true. Then Brett goes on some long, drawn out monologue trying to "hack" Scottie's brain to fix the situation. It was all non-sense because Big Brother didn't even bother to show much of it. That is when we saw Scottie's acting chops when he said Brett might have convinced him. He did not. Tyler also tries to manipulate Scottie into doing what he wants. But every time that Tyler nudges to Scottie in one direction, he turns it right back towards people in Tyler's alliance. He decides to wash his hands of this because it's just going to be a lost cause.
It's App time, the final App time. Haleigh gets the Crap App. The one she picks is not really that bad. When Big Brother indicates it she has to put on an outfit and read Hamlet until BB tells her to stop. They will keep doing it until she finishes the book. IT IS NOT A BOOK IT IS A PLAY DAMMIT!!!! Bayleigh though was the recipient of the Power App. It is a really, really good power. Before the nominations, she can change the HOH's noms. The HOH is safe and she must do it BEFORE the nominations. Plus she has no power over the post Veto replacement noms. This power is good until there are only 8 people left in the house. Speaking of Powers, Sam tells Tyler & Kaycee exactly what her power is because this is the last week she has where she can decide to use the power or not. Next week it will be used on the evicted houseguest no matter what. She doesn't want to waste it, but she also doesn't want it used on someone she wants out.
Scottie of course puts up Brett and Winston. He said it was because they have the strongest relationship in the house and because Brett is ridiculously charming. Brett thinks it's a stupid play (well he would since it puts him on the block). Winston said Scottie better hope he doesn't win the Veto because next week he'll be putting up Scottie. Does Winston think that winning the Veto will give him the next HOH immediately?
I leave you with this, my stupid, charismatic bros, can Brett and Winston actually be this stupid? It has to be an act right? Also, how many left handed people are on this planet full of 600 billion people? (Sorry, I didn't talk about this, it was just too idiotic). Now that she no longer has the HOH powers, will Kaitlyn still be able to force the men in the house to pay attention to her? If she were smart, which she isn't, she'd target Winston & Brett, they'll believe anything.
